What is the sacred brew ayahuasca
Ayahuasca is usually made from the Banisteriopsis caapi vine, the Psychotria viridis leaves or a substitute, and other simular ingredients. That can have small differences per tribe. An amazing medicine for improving the cognitive and neuron functions of the brain to expand consciousness and experience a sence of wholeness again. What to expect
First of all, ayahuasca is a purgative and cleanses the body, mind and emotional fields of toxins, waste that we have collected over the years and that weigh down or slow down our body. So we are going to surrender or rather in surrender.
We let go of what no longer serves us (emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically) This can be done in the form of crying, laughing, sweating, shaking, hot / cold sensations, vomiting, and a bowel cleansing. Ayahuasca also cleanses the organ system, lymphatic system, endocrine system and energy systems of baggage that we no longer need.
